A full day of curated sauna experiences, live DJs, music, cold plunges, and guided breathwork, sound baths & yoga sessions. In our Recovery Zone, you’ll find food vendors and wellness offerings like red light therapy, massages, stretching, myofascial release, and IV boosters.

Yes, but space is limited. On-site parking at Evergreen Brick Works is $15 for the day and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. To make things easier, we also recommend using the free shuttle bus running from Broadview Station. See shuttle details here.
This event has indoor and outdoor space. Saunas, DJs and cold plunge pools will be located outdoors. The Movement & Breathwork Sessions, Recovery Zone and vendors will be located inside.
From 1-11 PM, you’ll have access to 15 saunas running all day. At scheduled times, each sauna transforms into a guided experience curated by our sauna experts.

Each experience repeats throughout the day, so you’ll have plenty of chances to explore them all.
Here’s what you should bring with you:
- Bathing suitWarmer layers for the evening time (remember part of the event is outdoors and you’ll be going in out of saunas!)
- 2 towels (1 for drying off and 1 to use in the sauna)
- Your own yoga mat for the yoga, breathwork and sound bath sessions.
- Flip flops / slides
- Dry robe or bath robe to wear between sauna session
- Sauna hat
Yes! We encourage attendees to bring their own mats if they’d like to participate in the movement and flow sessions scheduled throughout the day. Extra mats will not be available on site.
There will be paid coat check available on site. You can also check in bags and personal items.
Yes. Food vendors and hydration stations will be on site, with options for different diets.
Absolutely. Many people come solo and end up leaving with new friends. The event is centered around community and designed to be social.
This is a 19+ event.
Access to all saunas, cold plunges, workshops, and entertainment. Food and drinks are sold separately.
